Myeong-ho and Hyang-yi’s marriage grows stale, lacking passion and connection. They frequent the gym for relaxation and balance.

There, Myeong-ho meets Soo-hee, a divorced woman training alongside him. Drawn to her allure, he approaches her under the guise of ‘helping’ with workouts, their bond turning ambiguous beyond casual chats.
